Die afrigtingsgroep is presies dieselfde as in 2018.

Maybe the GLRU should create a director of rugby post for Swys with a fulltime coach. That way, we do not lose the intellectual capital that we have in Swys, and yet it will free him up to give better attention to both jobs.

Appointing a director of rugby seems to be the "in" things with clubs these days, so maybe not a bad idea. However, I think Swys should focus on ONE job, either assistant coach with the boks or fulltime coach of Lions. not both

Look, I agree with you. However, we have a great rugby brain in Swys. We also need to accommodate him in the current situation with the Springboks.

He definitely has a great rugby brain, even though that wasn't evident in the way the bok backline was playing! But you also can't give a guy rocks and ask him to make an omelette, if you know what I mean.. LOL

So as mens tussen die lyne lees gaan ons Super Squad omtrent so lyk:
Vaskop: Sadie, Adriaanse, Jonker
Loskop: Dylan Smith, Mienie, Sithole

Flanke: Kwagga, Schoeman, Brink, Massyn, Venter
8ste man: Whiteley, Dayimani
Scrummy: Cronje, Groom, Smit
10: Jantjies, Reynolds
Senters: Vorster, Mapoe, Mnisi, Simelane
Vleuels: Dyantyi, Skosan, Combrinck, Tambwe
15: Boeboes, Mahuza

We have some great players. Like Witboer said, Schoeman deserves some starts, but he has been a great impact player, with some great steals and for his size, he is hard to bring down, and keeps a few defenders busy. The problem is we have Kwagga and Venter, both similar players in style and size. While Dayimani is a really strong and dynamic runner, he does need to learn to love defence a bit more. I don't envy Swys in who he will choose as his starting loose trio, and who he will have on the bench.
