Wat dink julle manne, wie moet dit wees? 'n Paar ouens het al Bernt en Jimmy se name rondgegooi, maar ek is nie oortuig nie. Ek sal verkies dat ons 'n top afrigter aanstel, en nie 'n top afrigter probeer maak nie. Ons was gelukkig met Ackers en Swys, met die volgende een is ons dalk nie so gelukkig nie. 

Ek sou gaan vir 'n top oorsese afrigter, iewers moet daar iemand met internasionale ervaring wees wat dit sal oorweeg? En dan berei mens iemand soos Cash of Sean Erasmus voor om oor 'n paar jaar oor te neem.

Ek nie seker nie maar 'n ou wat kan aangaan met ons brand van rugby m.a.w hardloop rugby wil nie he ons moet stampkar rugby speel nie ek dink tog ons moet 'n new zealand agterlyn afrigter kry dan hy kan verbeter aan ons aanval wat so erg agteruit gegaan het onder swys se seun

Gertjie, vir my is wen belangriker as mooi driee druk. En dit was een van my grootste probleme met swys, sy obsessie met driee druk ten koste van verdediging en ander aspekte van die spel.

Ek dink nie die Leeus gaan n internasionale afrigter aan stel nie, as ons nie eers rerig ervare spelers wil koop nie glo ook nie hulle gaan n afrigter van buite kry nie. Dink oms moet maar reg maak vir Ivan as afrigter, hoop maar ek is verkeerd

Nee leeubok ek stem 100 persent saam jou daai was definitief n groot probleem gewees van Swys en daai was Joey gewees hy was nie naastenby opgewasse nie as ons 'n goeie aanval afrgiter kan aanstel en 'n goeie verdegings afrigter sal dit klaar stukke beter gaan

Very wishful thinking, but I would love to have a guy like Tony brown coaching the lions.

He did very well at the highlanders and now with Japan. Jamie Joseph gets a lot of the credit, but Tony Brown is one of the best in the world. 

Back on planet earth. Im not sure who they will bring in, maybe Pieter de Villiers LOL

The scary thought is that Peter de Villiers, Robert du Preez and Deon Davids are looking for jobs currently...any one of the 3 would make it very difficult to keep on Supporting the Lions

That is exactly the type of coach I also have in mind. It doesn't even have to be a NZ'der, perhaps someone from Eng or wherever that's been an assistant coach or something with an international team, that would like a shot at being head coach of a first class team

That Dave Wessells of the Rebels is actually a very good coach .

who knows , maybe he wants to come back to SA. 

Its better poaching a coach from a team vs appointing someone that is in between jobs. Those unemployed coaches are unemployed for a reason....

We must aim high, like WP did with Eddie Jones. They nearly had a world class coach in their ranks. Actually they did, just not for very long.

Think the most likely and probably best decision would be for Cash vR & Warren Whiteley to take over. Both are young and open minded, both know what it takes to get a team into the playoffs and both have been with the team for the last couple of years.

Ek het ook nogal gedink sy pos is in gedrag na die wereldbeker, hulle het beslis agteruitgegaan, mens verwag dat die VSA behoort te verbeter met elke wereldbeker en hierdie was 'n baie swak een vir hulle

Franco Smith is mos op pad om Italie te gaan afrig, maar toe Ackers weg is by ons 2 jaar terug het hy aansoek gedoen om die Leeus af te rig. Van al die afrigters TUSSEN werke is hy dalk die beste opsie

Ons moet maar weer iemand buite SA kry, al is dit net kort termyn om n paar tweaks of nuwe denke by ons in plek te sit. Die resep van Ackers en Swys is goed, maar het nie Super Rugby bekers gewen nie, ons kort meer balans en moet klinies wees met afronding.

Ek was opgewonde oor Loffie...
Het gedink Mitchell was ons antwoord...
Het nie gedink Ackers was die regte aanstelling nie...
Het gedink Swys is die regte ou vir die job...
So heel duidelik is ek altyd verkeerd as dit by afrigters vir die Leeus kom. Ek hoop net ons kry 'n afrigter wat weer n ordentlike spangees kan ontwikkel, sodat dit darem weer lyk of die spelers dit geniet soos 2014 - 2016.
Ons het van die beste talent in die land, moet net die regte ou kry wat hulle so vêr kan kry om vir mekaar te speel.
