We were in the worst industry of Covid-19. Travel Agents. My wife has a UK passport, and my son is there on an ancestral visa. So it makes sense.

Thanks. Won't stop supporting the Lions. We will see which Premiership teams have good SA representation, like Gloucester and Sale, and keep an eye on home fixtures and visit for the weekend. Big time. At the moment, travel is non existent, and what business there is, is rebooking passengers for new dates. I am not sure what the industry will look like after the crisis. Less airlines, hotels will offer cheaper rates initially to get bookings. Working from home. Ja nee , daar is mense wat “dink” dit beteken jy sit net en chill. Actually kry mens baie meer gedoen en is meer productive . 

Die wereld Sal verander na COVID-19. Ek verwag dat baie meer mense van die huis af sal werk en ook baie meer mens Sal begin online sales doen. Vir beide was dit maar meer n trust issue en SA is late adopters.

@Leeubok , ja ek is dankbaar as ek oorsee kan vakansie hou, maar die 4 jaar voor dit , was ek in jhb en was anyway op stand by. 5 jaar sonder n goeie mental break. Dis scary ding is , dit is die nuwe norm, daar word van almal verwag om beskikbaar te wees. 

Ek het n goeie werk en geniet wat ek doen, so ek kla nie eintlik oor my employer nie. Ek Se net meer dat die wereld verander en met smartphones en e-mail is die stress en workload net baie meer as wat dit al ooit was.

Ja ek was ook nog net in 'n paar van ons buur lande. En meestal vir werk ook!

Ek dink dit gaan lank vat voor internasionale reis weer gaan terugkeer na normaal. Enigste positief wat ek moontlik insien is dat die toerisme industrie in SA weer gaan moet begin cater vir die plaaslike mark (dit wat nie al gevou het nie). Tuna, ek bedoel die oorsee gaan vakansie hou as kla met witbrood onder die arm. Dit is maar n klein persentasie van SA bevolking wat so iets kan bekostig. Ek kan definitief nie! 

Maar ja ek verstaan wat jy bedoel met op "verlof" wees maar jy is steeds op standby. Dit is nie lekker nie.. Maar ek sal 'n standby oorsese vakansie vat enige dag bo 'n vakansie by die huis met geen standby! LOL
