Venter is a loss, but I am not sure why tsituka didnt make the side , if he is the man for the future , then surely he should have featured

Swys moet defnitief aanbly. Wat rugby kennis en speler ontwikkeling aan betref is daar min wat by hom kan kers vashou. Ek dink die ding met Joey was een van die dinge wat hom die meeste gevang het, tesame met sy werklas, aangesien hy by die Bokke ook nog betrokke was.

Hopelik kan hy en die unie n manier vind om sy werklas te bestuur. Dit was dalk n goeie besluit om te onttrek by die bokke.

Everyone has his own opinion, but comparing Ross to Ruan Pienaar would be like comparing a cart horse to racing thoroughbred. The difference was that great. Ross, very much like players such as Robbie Coetzee and Andries Ferreira, are honest players that perform OK when surrounded by experience and class, but certainly not the type of "expierience" (such as Ruaan Pienaar), who will guide an inexperienced outfit to greatness.

Is our average age really only 22?? Thats a real positive. 

Again , we must find the right mix. Look at the difference a Ruan Pienaar made, we need one or 2 older heads with the youth.

Ross did the job of a no 9 very well on Saturday. He was at the breakdown point pretty quickly, got the ball to Reynolds or the first receiver quickly. Where we were not smart was using chip kicks and grubbers to force the Cheetahs to stand back a bit. They knew what to expect from us, and therefore we were very easy to defend against. As well as Ross played, Ruan played even better, and that was the real difference between the 2 teams.

Still immensely proud of the boys. Average age 22 years old. Cash in only his second season as head coach in the Currie Cup. That tells me we have a great future ahead of us.
